online repeat prescription services
Discussion
My doctor's surgery has offered me the option of using an online service to request repeat prescriptions.
They have provided me with account details which I need to use to register on one of the online sites.
The sites on their list are:
Patient Access
Evergreen Life
Dimec
Patient Access seems to be via a website only, Evergreen seems to be via the website or via an app whereas Dimec appears to be app only.
I dont want to register on all 3 just to see which is the best (or worst) so does anyone have any experience good or bad of these?

It seems to work ok, order then prescription goes to local pharmacy. My problem is the local pharmacy are pretty useless, often not actioning until you're standing @ the counter and rarely completely fulfilled despite giving a few days grace.
Need to find another pharmacy.
We also use Patient Access and have no problems ordering repeat prescriptions via it. What is irritating is that although we order ours at the same time, they're not dealt with by the same person by the surgery so the pharmacy sometimes receives them separately and they're delivered separately - not an issue if you collect yours of course.

Same here. System is let down by a badly organized chemist. It seems to work ok, order then prescription goes to local pharmacy. I use Patient Access, on my i Mac, i Pad, and an app on my i Phone, works good for me, I order online, and 48 hours later they’re in the nominated chemist shop. They have provided me with account details which I need to use to register on one of the online sites.
