Carb Killa bars
Discussion
I make my own, Much cheaper and better tasting than any bar i have tried, The only better tasting bar was the quest bars but they were silly money.
200g protein power
100g oats
30g cocoa powder
50g peanut butter
50g honey
100ml milk
put it in a bowl, mix it all up, can cut up into as many bars as you want, i usually do 6, put in fridge over night. Will keep in the fridge for over a week. Works out depending on where your buying stuff, about £0.30p a bar.

20g protein, 6.5g fibre and only 1.5g of sugar and stops me eating crap when I want something bad.
Could be worse.
My diet has improved immensely over the past few months but i still crave junk sometimes, these have stopped me from giving in. Wouldn’t eat more than one a day though.

ts if you doI tried the Grenade 'Carb Killa' bars for a couple of weeks after being gifted a couple and then buying some for myself.. they're nice but I definitely think there are better options out there at a smarter price.
However, Amazon do seem to have good deals on the bars.. if you have a Holland and Barrett local to you it may be worth popping in there as they usually have 'bundle deals' with them. Admittedly, I don't use the bars anymore.. they became quite sickly after a while!

You have to go a long way to beat the taste and price of the tesco brand bar
https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/286...
However, they're all crap in reality and will add as much bad calories as good.

Looked at H&B and they do a buy one get one half price. Bought some from Amazon now anyway so I’ll see how I get on.
I’ll use them to replace the occasional Snickers or equivalent crap that I might eat 2-3 times a week.
