I have been having some back issues so have seen a physio.
Yesterday he gave me quite an intense "rub down" should we say on my back.
This morning I can't move for the pain. My left arm feels heavy to lift and I have some weakness in my hand. It hurts to to move my head around and generally everything seems to aggravate it.
Is this a sign of no pain no gain or something worse. Whatever it is I don't wish to go back and earlier was close to blacking out through the pain, starry eyes etc.
From what I have read it sounds like a bulging disc. Whatever it was I want my money back

Can you give the physio a call and ask him what's going on?
I've had some pretty intensive sessions with my sports therapist and never once been worse off.
Did bruise once which we kept an eye on but that's the worst of it!
He is off at the moment, I've booked in a GP appointment for Monday.I've had some pretty intensive sessions with my sports therapist and never once been worse off.
