Hi all, looking for some info on fitness DVDs and which to buy (download). I used to do Insanity, is that outdated now? I've also heard a few folk talk about the Joe Wicks workouts, any good? Looking for general fitness / fat loss, any pointers appreciated.

Cheers

Anything that is fun, gets you moving and keeps you coming back has to be good in my books.

I quite like this. I pay for a year. Lots of choice on fitness programmes to stop it being repetitive

So does that get you every workout program mentioned on that site - minus all the hardware and supplements etc?

I've done P90X, P90X3 and T25 (all from the Beachbody library) and all are excellent.

I quite like Tony Horton and have since been following his x-corps thing on Facebook,

Anyone know if there's a difference between the US and the UK BBoD? Wondering if I'll be able to use a VPN to pay in dollars instead of sterling for a slightly cheaper membership?
