Lipoma removal - costs of going private?

I've got a few small lipoma here and there, and they are no trouble. But one on my arm is fairly large (about 2cm x 2cm across). My GP says it's harmless and too small for the NHS to remove, so I am thinking of going private to get it removed.

Anyone done this? Ideas of likely costs?

Easy enough to get a referral to a private clinic to get a quote though.

The cost would be far less than 2-5k, more like £2-300. 2 cm x 2 cm is small enough to do under local in a few minutes. If you're in Northants, I can give you the details of a colleague who might be able to help.

I have had loads done over the years. Should only be a few hundred pounds as said above.
