Big Toe Issues Still

I'm still concerned with my big toe.
The nail has now come off so no issue there, the actual toe itself though there's still no flex in and it's very stiff, obvious answer would be to go see the doctors but there's a 2 week wait for appointments. Dr previously had a brief look at it but didn't say much anyway. It's also still a bit swollen but not to the extent of the original picture.
