I have one of these as has my wife. I have no connection with the company. Great idea - thought others may be interested.

I have Medical ID set up on my iPhone, which I would recommend to anyone with an iPhone. I'm sure there must be similar on Android.

If you run parkrun, get a parkrun wristband - it has an ICE number and name, a medical info space and your parkrun barcode. I've had mine for 2 years, wear it 24/7 and it's just about worn out. About £10-15.

ETA - I also tend to have my driving license and a debit card with a £10 note inbetween and an elastic band wrapped round them in a pocket. Should cover most issues, including if keel over and people wonder who I am and where I live.

I have the parkrun keyfob ones laced in my trainers. No medical info but has my wife's number on it. Running is about the only time I haven't got some other form of ID on me so I think that or a wristband make a lot of sense.

I just had a good look at mine and decided it was time for a new one, so for £13.95 I've got one on it's way. Mine only has medical info because I'm allergic to bee stings and one in the face is a hospital job, but with a swelling mouth it would be an interesting game of charades. Easier to point to the wristband!

Used these all the time when cycling - all jolly good

Now i am in to running i tend to stick with the parkrun wrist band as i tend to run with minimal "baggage"
