Yeah probably going to get a lot of "Rubbish" Pointless" Not worth it" web is full of better plans" etc etc

However, dropping cash will motivate me to actually stick to a change of diet life style and fitness plan.

At the moment life is a bit "entertaining" and having something to occupy my mind as well as improve general fitness with the motivation of not wasting any money, may be an answer to some of the "entertainment" going on.

So which plan?

Joe Wicks for instance?

(I already do some gym work, but need a proper system to follow etc)

Money will not help your motivation IMHO. Same reason increasing tobacco prices does not see a reduction in the number of smokers.

You need to want to change, not try to trick yourself or incetivise yourself into changing. If you are not motivated you will fail, regardless of how much money you have invested. Just look at the amount of expensive gym and sports equipment used as clothes hangers or listed on eBay. Is it because these people have already reached their fitness goals and the equipment has now become redundant, or just because they can't be arsed using it anymore?

Anyway, have a look at the Mark Lauren stuff, all body weight and no equipment required that you won't already own.
