A good friend of mine suffers the same. He’s a bodybuilder with a huge chest, wide back, thick thighs...and twiglet calves 
he hates it as unless he wears trunk on holiday, he looks like a male bikini contestant.He’s tried everything to get them to grow but just doesn’t work. He blames his African genes.
Apart from the oversized package downstairs, the obvious one is my large lipoma. I have a 9cm lipoma under my right breast. Currently waiting (and waiting) for it to be removed by the NHS (18 months waiting so far). It's been ultrasounded and MRIed, so we know it's safe.
Would like it gone though!

I've got one of those on my right side. Only noticed it a year ago after a serious weight loss/ exercise regime. Not fussed about having it removed as it's a good guide to my weight. If it's pronounced I'm trim, starts to fade and I'm getting lardy.Would like it gone though!
I'm told the nurse can remove them under local at the GP's surgery so if it bothers you I wouldn't be waiting for the hospital to get their act together. Something so minor means you'll always be bottom of the list.

I'm 40 and I can't grow a beard. I tried. It not only looks pathetic, but its full of white hairs despite not having any grey hairs at all on my head. It would be nice to be able to grow one to hide the acne that I still get even though I'm now a middle aged guy
My legs are too short for my height (5'10" and a 30" leg) - so its not always possible to find trousers that fit - mostly the legs are too long. If I had a 32" leg I'd be absolutely spoiled for choice.
Speaking of legs I have a funny limp like walk. Everyone says they know its me before they know its me. I think one of my legs is longer than the other.
My second toes are slightly longer than my big toes.

Thankfully you can't see it looking in the mirror.

Same here, lost a stone and a half, and it became obvious. It's in plastic surgery territory, and sadly MRI showed it was wrapped amongst my ribs, so requires full anesthetic. I'm told the nurse can remove them under local at the GP's surgery so if it bothers you I wouldn't be waiting for the hospital to get their act together. Something so minor means you'll always be bottom of the list.
