Skin tag removal - recommendations?

Lots of stuff on Amazon but no idea what works or not. Any recommendations?

Not talking about baked bean sized tags just annoying things on my neck where things rub (although I now avoid things with collars).

Looking for a pain free option as I actually passed out at the doctors having one removed on my back

You can have them removed by getting them frozen with liquid nitrogen (Cryotherapy). I had quite a few in various places and went private to get them removed. About £80 for the liquid nitrogen and around £150 for the consultation. Pretty painless and straightforward. Unlikely your local GP will do it, though.

Scissors isn’t uncommon.

Was gonna suggest nail clippers.

Or pulling them really hard. They don’t really bleed.

Quick answer : GP. If it's catching on clothes, you'll meet the criteria for removal. Might have to go to another GP surgery that does minor surgery. Injection, snip and a free check with pathology for any nasties.

Bands ....... had one on my thigh, purchased a kit with lots of little bands, and a instillation tool, placed one against the base, and within a week it fell off leaving no marks or signs one had been there.
