Manuka honey

Hi all, there are numerous claims about Manuka honey and a wide range of potency and price, are the stronger ones with the higher price tag worth the extra or has anyone got benefits from the type sold in Aldi etc. . . .if so where is the cheapest place to buy a strength that has benefits or does Aldi work? Thank you in advance

Pretty certain this won't help you but normal honey has no adverse affect on me at all, manuka honey makes me feel like I can't breathe and it gets worse the 'better' the rating is.
