What the hell has bitten me??

I wouldn't normally ask this type of question, but ye gods this is painful.
These were 3 tiny spots on Tuesday night, and since yesterday have been like this. The red area is sore, swollen and stiff. One of the bites has weeped a little bit (I mean little).
I have 2 bites on my other leg in a similar place.
I don't want to trouble my GP with this, so hoping the collective masses of PH may be able to shed some light.

I would say a falsewidow spider running around in your trousers?
I had similar but only 1 on my hand recently after putting my hand down a stoptap.
The heat and throbbing lasted about 5 days and it radiated out from the bite in a similar fashion.
I ended up squeezing the thing as I just couldn't bare it any longer and quite a bit of clear juice came out before blood started. TCP and squeezing sèemed to help?

Get it seen ASAP. If you're sent away to take anti-histamines, insist that you've done that and it hasn't worked.

Pharmacist told me to take anti-histamines, GP told me to take anti-histamines, minor injuries unit said the same... as the swelling in my arm got worse (I was bitten on a finger, the swelling eventually made it almost to my shoulder), I checked my company BUPA cover and found I had access to an online GP who would contact me on FaceTime.
They took one look, wrote me a referral and sent me to my local full-scale A&E, where I was rushed in and given an IV antibiotic as I had cellulitis.
Don't feck about with stuff like this - some may have joked about amputation, but it's a real risk if it isn't dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.

That annoys me! - When I had my issues, I was absolutely fine, aside from an arm which earned me a nickname of 'Shrek' from my boss when I sent him the photos.Do you have healthcare from work? - if so, check out if they have some kind of online GP access. Because they're not NHS, they appear to be a little more risk averse and more likely to write you a referral!
GP now. My dad got bitten by a tick in Scotland, his sock knocked the body of it off, leaving the head lodged in his leg. His leg swelled up to about twice the normal size, accompanied by fever, and all the other gubbins associated with blood poisoning. He started feeling crap probably about the point yours looks now.
I saw it first when it was on the way down after a hospital stay and several weeks of antibiotics, it looked about the same as yours (which is when he said 'I started feeling crappy about this point when it was still swelling, so I went to the doctor').
Bloody luck not to loose the leg or his life was the comment of the doc.

Fully understand what you're saying and I'm the same. But at the same time if it's something obvious like that then better to be safe than sorry.Years ago I got a small cut on the edge of my thumb. Didn't think anything of it until it started to swell a little, but even then I thought it would be ok so left it a few days. Only went to the doctor when my wife saw it had swelled to nearly twice it's size and gone a shade of purple, ended up on a course of antibiotics to treat the infection. If I'd left it much longer it could have been a lot worse.

Appreciate you had a bad experience but please no one listen to this advice. The GP may ask you to take a certain medication and how the bite responds to this will guide his care. Lying about taking something helps no one and there no need to go nuclear on everything. Back now folks.

Re the meds - I was already taking anti-histamine tablets and using Hydrocortisone cream, so it wouldn't have been a lie. I am stop using the cream but to continue with the anti-histamine tablets.
I was going to leave this while Monday tbh, but in hindsight that wouldn't been been ideal. Thanks all.
