Anyone do these HIIT sessions on YouTube?

I’ve been doing the seven days of sweat challenge this last week and really enjoying it.

I normally swim and run and bike but been enjoying some HIIT for toning up and losing a bit of weight.

I seem to lose more weight doing HIIT than a week of running and swimming but the sessions are shorter and much more intense. They seem good for a whole body workout especially for me who usually only uses running and swimming muscles.

I find things like the press-ups and burpees hardest.

I think that they're brilliant. Huge variety, accessible and entertaining.

Big caveat, you badly need to warm up before them, and there's little room in the actual vids for that.

They are absolutely fantastic - they've been the mainstay of my training for the last 5 years or so.
I have Sean T- Insanity Max 30, of which are split up into power, strength, cardio, pulse, stretch etc.
Completely change my body and my health with a few fairly minor adjustments to nutrition.
I'd highly recommend the insanity workouts. If you're sticking to Youtube there I also enjoyed some kickboxing, boxing hiit for variety.
If you have any dodgy knees/joints then look for low impact versions, which cut out jumping etc.

He does a warmup and cool down on his YouTube channel also if UK you need one. I think I found them by looking for his most popular videos.

I do them both and it makes the workout about half an hour all in.
