Massage Guns

Hi

Had a physio session recently and he used a massage gun which seemed to make a difference.
Theres so many available, wanted to know if anyone had used one/could recommend.

Theragun and Hypervolt seem to be the best but ebay/amazon have much cheaper ones but didnt know if any good

I have a cheapy £60 eBay one. I use it for myself and clients pretty much every day - works great.

I bought a Renpho one off Amazon for about 30 quid. I makes a bit of noise but works really well. I wanted a Theragun but can't afford £400

Big vote for the Theragun here. Me and the missus both train quite hard, and the Theragun works out the knots/stiff muscles amazingly well. No too noisy (given it's basically an electrically-driven piston) and a charge lasts several treatment sessions. Expensive, but you get what you pay for
