I've been using Muscle Food Prepped Pots for a while now but keep having problems with deliveries arriving partially defrosted.. They are just chucked in a bag with a couple of ice blocks so defrost then leak everywhere.

This has put me off ordering more as I would rather avoid food poisoning. For those not in the know, prepped pots are basically a meal you microwave from frozen. They are typically 300-400 calories and have around 30g of protein.

Is anyone using any other service which is more reliable for this sort of thing? I've tried making them before myself but I don't really have the time with 2 young children and I like the variation offered from a delivery. I would just make a batch of the same thing as its easier but you soon get tired of eating the same thing each day.

Just trying to eat healthier at work rather than having a sandwich every day!

I'd be interested in this too. Was thinking about signing up to a service like this. As above bored of last minute sandwiches. Today I have cooked chicken breast and some broccoli with soy sauce that i'll microwave but it is only the 3rd of Jan so hardly doing well hehe

I find the single use plastic displeasing.

Batch cook the basics on a Sunday and freeze. Add different flavourings before you microwave.
