Reading glasses for those with an erm... well endowed head

OK so I'm a geezer with a big head - my (motorbike) helmet measured 62cm and I am struggling to find reading glasses to adorn it. 150cm or 6" wide would be perfect.

Firstly lets get the innuendos out of the way....GO.

Next is it impossible to buy reading glasses at such a size without paying for a prescription??!? I wear glasses for work and driving but don't tend to carry them around with me or have them lying around at home so another cheap pair for reading labels etc would be ace.

Any suggestions....?

62 inches? You have a 1.5 metre head? If that is the case you have my sympathies.

If it's cm then I'm ever better hung and I've found the world in general can't be bothered to accommodate me. I've always looked for metal frames and simply bent them outwards. Nothing plastic has ever worked. You need some manual malleability.

I have just googled " Reading glasses for large heads" which brings up several options. No good?
