How can this weight loss be explained?
Discussion
2 weeks ago, before my holiday I was 196lbs
I had 2 weeks off training, walking 25k steps and eating once a day
I returned last Thursday, I weighed myself the following morning and was 194lbs
Straight back onto 3k cals spread over 4/5 meals and training
Weighed myself this morning and I'm 189lbs?
I always check my weight at the same time (morning, fasted, post poo).
Any explanation for this?!

If you're anything like me ,I take a couple of weeks of decent calorie deficit to flick the switch on weight loss mode. Your body may take a while to adjust that's why many give up on diets after 10 days or so because they see no change. Conversely adding back the calories can take a similar length of time for your body to realise it's being fed more than usual.I had 2 weeks off training, walking 25k steps and eating once a day
