Has anyone else had this?
Every pair of shoes or trainers my heel
Always rubs away the interior filling at the back
Eventually leaving the inners showing through and causing blisters.

I have with one pair, a pair of Etnies which I used to slip on and never tied the laces, they were about half a size too small and I never wore socks with them...

Few questions -

Does it actually happen with EVERY pair or are you exaggerating slightly? I ask because it could be the style of trainer.

Does it happen with other shoes?

Do you only wear one style or brand?

Do you wear them for pottering about in or are you only wearing them for running or something?

Do you tie them, or stuff the laces inside and slip them on?

Do you wear those silly little women’s socks with them, or no socks at all?

Are you sure they’re the right size?

Yes, I do with trainers. They generally last about 4 months before I need to replace them, having done approx 600 miles.
I think it's down to how I take them off and put them on. I used to step on the heel of one foot to remove shoe (still with laces tied), then did similar to the other. Then untied the laces when I wanted to put them back on.
I have since tried to stop being lazy and untie the laces first, but it doesn't seem to make much difference - perhaps extends the life of the trainer by a few weeks. I've noticed with my latest pair that the backs fold a little as I ease my foot in, so will try a shoe horn and see if that helps.
I usually have Nike trainers, though has happened with others.

Yes, but right shoe only for some reason, been happening for a few years now, and pissing me off, as the rest of the trainer has plenty of life left in it.
Resorted to adding strips of carpet (cloth) tape on the heel section.

I got these in the end
Not for any other reason than the inside heel has no padding at all
Its like a sock

Swollen achillies tendon?

I have it on both feet. Nothing to worry about, just annoying that it wears the insides of shoes/trainers a bit weirdly.

You could try lacing the trainers up with a 'runners loop' or 'racers loop'. Try googling the term and there are plenty of videos, but it has the effect of pulling the heel of the shoe in.

Maybe you have a haglund's deformity (I do).

In the past I used to cut a notch in the heel padding and burn the edges so it didn't fray. I found ASICS the most comfortable heel.

This is common for runners who don’t lace lock their shoes.

They are too loose, follow this and it will stop it

This. I've got it too. Look it up. Your heel looks bony?
