Involuntary twitching
Discussion
I can’t remember when I first noticed it - possibly a couple of years ago or more - but at times my right calf muscle twitched involuntarily. I had smashed my right leg up badly in a motorbike crash many years ago and thought it was linked to that. However six to nine months ago I noticed it happening on my left calf and it has now spread to other parts of my body (arms, back, etc). Not all the time everywhere but generally somewhere at every moment. Hasn’t affected my strength and I still do loads of sport (tennis, badminton at club level, hiking, etc). I’m waiting for an appointment with a neurologist.
Anyone else had similar problems?

Are you suffering from stress?Anyone else had similar problems?
I've sometimes found a muscle to be twitching completely involuntarily. It's gone away of it's own accord after a while and I've never really known what to put it down to. Only twitching I can attribute to a specific thing is in my eyelids when I'm sleep deprived for a sustained period.
