Decent non subscription exercise bike?

I've been looking at the Peloton and NordicTrack S22i bikes but don't really like the idea of the added subscription fee although the actual bikes themselves look pretty good.
My wife has a cheap £100 bike off Amazon and it does nothing for me and feels wrong in terms of layout (to upright, pedals to far forward, short cranks etc etc).
What other decent exercise bikes are there without any sub fees?

find a second hand keiser - they seem to use them in a lot of gyms - I have one and they are very robust and easy to use

Tacx with your own bike.

The new ones are speedy, but the sort of thing I trained for the Etape with in 2007 is probably cheap as chips secondhand. I had the Alpe d’Huez video which was a bd.
