Giving blood during COVID-19

My appointment card just popped through the door, completely forgot about it until now with all the madness.
I guess this has already come up here but I couldn't see anything. Has anyone given blood in the past week? I'm guessing donations are massively down but as needed as ever, I'm 38 and healthy so no reason not to give in theory. The letter made no reference to coronavirus which felt a little odd. In practice are the precautions they presumably have in place pretty good (or as well as they can be in the circumstances)?
