Can't straighten leg to lock

Hi All,
The last day or two I've not been able to fully straighten my right leg. It doesn't normally hurt, and it can bear weight no problem, but when I try to straighten it I get about 95% of the way there then get a lot of pain behind my knee. Any ideas?

It won't be anything too serious, but a Locked Knee needs some attention
