I wouldn't have, except for the fact the Boston marathon was cancelled and I started drinking several crates of ale a week with my neighbour.

Still, a stone and a half isn't too bad, is it? eek

I've lost 10kg (22lbs) so far. Mainly as i've been exercising (either running or cycling) everyday and my old 2-3 takeaways a week habit has been cut down to 1 every 1.5 weeks roughly. Intend to carry these changes on post lockdown.

Nope, if anything I got a lot healthier. Our early lockdown was every non essential business closed but you can go anywhere you want personally.

I was regularly walking 20km a day with the dogs just because I had nothing better to do.

Put on weight?

I doubt it. Don't think I've lost much either. First few weeks was like wartime rationing after we got caught out by failing to be Derps and shopping as normal (or trying to) after the Derps stripped the shelves bare.

Lately I've done a fair bit of gardening and bike riding...

Last 4 Weeks
Avg Rides / Week 3
Avg Distance / Week 181 mi
Avg Time / Week 14h 52m

The average weekly distance would be higher, 'cept I took week off the bike between the 18th and 24th May. Quite frankly, lockdown hasn't made a lot of difference to me. My pension hasn't changed, and my wife is front line NHS so no danger of furlough there. Now that the food shortages in shops have calmed down, and places like NT properties and independent gardens are opening again, life feels relatively normal again.

I've maybe dropped 0.5kg throughout this. I don't really snack when I'm at home and if I do I make it a conscious effort for it to be something relatively healthy, although I do get mocked for having a carrot as a snack!

Put on loads, hopefully a dry(ish) June, slightly less food input and a bit more exercise will sort it over the next four weeks!

Put on about 4lbs but I did retire from my job as a milkman at the end of February (great timing I know).

So it could be a combination of both.

Half a kilo isnt even a big st for me, morning after a kebab I'm losing at least half a kilo I reckon. Seems frankly bizarre to me to monitor yourself as closely as some do unless your an Olympic athlete, my weight fluctuates loads even when living and eating pretty consistently.

Put on at least half a stone. Comfort eating and drinking. Had planned a strict exercise regime but a bulging disc in the neck put paid to that.

Lost about 10lb. I don't usually drink at home and only going to the supermarket once a week for food really cuts down on snacking. And of course no restaurants or visits to the sandwich shop where I would usually go at lunch if I was still attending my workplace.

I just have to make sure on my one trip to the supermarket per week I only buy good food.

Lost a stone so far. Exercise every day with my son and I've stopped drinking during lockdown. Good chance to get a bit healthier.

I was getting quite a big beer belly (I've always been slim so this was worrying), then I went skiing, had to get a rescue flight back from Austria and gone straight into lockdown. I've been outside in this weather doing a lot of very heavy garden work - built a flight of stone steps, carrying sand and concrete, moving tons of earth etc. A lot of bicycle rides. Curiously, and despite a very worrying alcohol consumption (WFH means two hours extra in bed and no driving - not touched my car) my belly has mostly gone. I suspect weight may have gone up though.

I don't think so, but it's hard to be sure because I can no longer see the dial on the bathroom scales. irked

I do know that my rather vindictive wife has shrunk all my clothes, with the exception of this rather capacious 'Demis Roussos' kaftan which I have adopted for day-to-day wear since the lockdown started.
Well, one has to make an effort in these straightened times, eh?
