Hi,
I do a physically demanding job that really wears on my hands and feet. It feels like muscular/joints pains which causes me to be in hibernation mode when not at work to recovery for the following day at work.
Can anyone recommend something to ease the pain in my hands/arms/feet/legs etc...
Thanks.

If you've been doing the job for a long time and it's not due to new activity, I'd say you probably need to recover more? More sleep or more rest. Particularly if it's not just isolated to one part of the body. if it's just hands and feet and it's only started now, it sounds like rest is needed.
Are you eating enough to sustain the high activity levels?
There's lots and lots of information regarding supplements for joint pain, but it's no all reliable and factual. Maybe be worth looking in to.

I'm not sure joint specific stuff, but general stuff:
Hot & cold therapy
Foam rolling/massage balls/trigger point techniques for stuff to try at home
