Little white dots

Started on my elbow, really small dots that were incredibly itchy, then transferred to three knuckles on the opposite hand - so so itchy, these small whiteish itchy bumps - now progressed to one of my ankles!!!

What the hell is this??

Presumably transfer to opposite hand from scratching them. Bet you also scratched now affected ankle with same hand

IANAD, but would suspect something like scabies, ringworm or fungal infection

Could start with a visit to a pharmacy, if it is one of the above treatments available without prescription
