Anyone late 30s had it?

Myself, my eleven year old son and the Mrs started to cough yesterday. I'm experiencing a huge drop in my sense of taste but not the Mrs or boy. My 3 year old daughter has no symptoms at all.

Obviously we are isolating and I've been for the test today. Feel absolutely fine in every other way. Not showing it but I'm obviously worried for my little family... I'm guessing it's from the boys school as his year 11 had a confirmed case last week. I work from home and we've only been out to go shopping, so we've been quite careful.

I know it effects people differently but what can we expect?

That was the thread I started... quite a while ago now, and I’m fully over it, but not a fun time at all.

You’re a fair bit younger than me, so hopefully you’ll have an easier time of it.

I’m 38 and had it in March.

Cough (became very productive towards the end)
Felt knackered, could barely walk for two days
Muscle weakness
Loss of taste & smell

Took about two weeks to get over and roughly 3 months to be able to get a full breath
