30 min YouTube HIIT Workouts
Discussion
Sure there was a thread about these but can't find it.
I got into the routine of doing the Joe Wicks workouts 4 days per week and really enjoyed them. However I've just gone through all of them for the second time and not sure I want to do a third.
Anyone got any suggestions that they've actually tried and liked? Looking for approx 30 mins as I link it to my Vitality activity tracking.
know I could do the routines myself (especially having done the above twice) but I find it much more motivating to follow someone on-screen. I would potentially consider paying but reluctant too when there's so much FOC content.
Ta.

OP have you really completed all of Joe wicks YouTube channel content in that time there is hundreds of videos (not just the pe with Joe) it's all very similar. I follow them sometimes about twice and week but have never had to do the same twice yet.
Agreed there’s loads on there. There’s a few week long series eg 7 days of sweat etc which are good. If they’re too easy you can do two back to back for a beasting?
Some of the dumbbell ones are great also.
The PE with Joe is a bit of a distraction from the normal ones imho but they were designed for school kids during lockdown,
Pretty amazing how many people did them tbh.

Nope, you’re right in that I’ve only really looked at the PE with Joe ones. Will take a look at the others but the main attractions are that I don’t need any equipment and they’re just the right length.
Will definitely take a look at some of the others on there though, thanks.
Start with a seven days of sweat challenge. They’re good plus it gives you a plan for the week. Will definitely take a look at some of the others on there though, thanks.
The most recent day 1 of seven here

No equipment needed.
Tbh very few of his workouts need equipment just the dumbbell ones I think and they’re labelled dumbbell workouts so it’s obvious.

Tried the 7 days of Sweat this morning. Little short at 20 mins, and 30 seconds on/30 seconds off is lighter than used to (though hardly insurmountable). Could be done in conjunction with 5 minute abs though. Don't have time to do 2x 20 minutes sadly, there's only a small window of opportunity in the morning!
Also searched for T25. Checking now I see I didn't find the right one, but did come across Body Project which may be worth a try.

Yeah they get harder as the week goes on. I added 10 min abbs to some or did them two at a time I think. Also searched for T25. Checking now I see I didn't find the right one, but did come across Body Project which may be worth a try.
There’s loads of longer HIIT workouts on joe wicks though, I think you can search through his channel for them.
I think I either did a 20 plus 10min abbs or a longer one. There’s all sorts on there.
