Otoplasty (Ears pinned)

Has anyone had this done/know anyone who has had this done as an adult? If so what were the results like?

My ears are big and stick out so i have my hair long to part cover them. Been reading up and it seems not only can you have them pinned but also reshaped/lobes reduced in size etc. Can't say it really bothered me growing up but now in my 30's for some reason I am considering it!

I had it done as a kid
My ears were huge and my mum got them done,
Dont scratch the stitches out like i did ,
As a result some gristle sticks outon mine

I have a neighbour who had it done at 25.. worked perfectly and he had no problems with it. Looked lots better.
