I had to stop all forms of exercise in may due to illness but am feeling well enough now to think about starting again ....in moderation. I was looking at vertical climbers. Does anyone use one ?
When I used to go to the gym it was the best piece of machinery they had for a proper knackering workout. Far better than the usual treadmill, elliptical trainer, rower etc ...
