Cancelling a covid vaccination appointment

Or more to the point, how?

I need to cancel an appointment I have for the 29 May, have gone onto Manage My Booking but when I put my details in it just says that I don't need to book any appointments at the moment! There's no option to cancel.

I've tried calling 119 but there isn't a suitable option here either.

Don't want to just not turn up and deprive someone of my place but it may come to that.

Try NHS Direct instead. Pretty sure they have access to the booking system but if not, I’m sure they’ll be able to find someone that does.

I changed my second jab date and location on the NHS website, it was a bit flakey but worked ok in the end. Had to be careful to note reference numbers and at one point thought I’d lost the lot.
