Dementia caused by soup?

Given the number of older people who eat soup regularly and then go on to develop dementia, does anyone know if this has been investigated?

I have never eaten soup in my life so we just need to wait to see if I get dementia in 30 years or so to test your theory.

On a related note, 100% of people that eat solid food go on to later die. Something needs to be done about this.

No, if I forget to update the thread in 2051 we can assume you are incorrect as I will have dementia despite never eating soup. Or the Pistonheads forum no longer exists as Car Gurus gave up trying to moderate it.

It's a fact that people with a very low IQ statistically will die earlier than those with a higher IQ.
