cbd for back pain

any recommendations for cbd for back pain and general muscle / joint pain?

I would recommend CBD tablets, rather than the oil. Avoid anything that isn’t full spectrum.

I’ve been experimenting with both, and 50mg tablets really have a good effect on the body, but do also make you slightly drowsy.

CBD in general is still a very immature industry with really poor levels of standardisation. I’ve recently bought from HERE and have been happy, as they are good value for money compared to other sellers (no affiliation, I found them from reddit).

I've used the oil before, with no noticable benefits, the tablets are interesting?

I've bought a sample pack of the tablets referred to above, to aid with sleep, only got them yesterday so will report back.

One thing to bear in mind though, if you have drug screening as part of your work, you may have issues.
