I’ve had an almost constant toothache since Tuesday, can’t get an emergency appointment at my dentist until Monday.
Any tips on anything that may help to alleviate the pain? I’m just keeping dosed up on ibruprofen and cocodamol, bought some stuff from the supermarket called orajel that seems to numb it a bit.
Eating on my left hand side, but when the right hand jaws touch oh my god does it hurt, I have a molar that cracked couple of years ago, not been back to the dentist since covid and think now it’s probably gone through to the nerve causing the pain.

You could try clove oil, though you're on the right track already,

My wife had bad tooth ache a few weeks ago. Dentist suggested mouth washing with salt water would help until he fitted her in with an appointment. It helped. Didn't actually stop the ache, but it certainly helped.

....Also, forgot to mention, rub the area with sensodene toothpaste and/or bonjella. Either or both should help numb the pain.

My mother always used to recommend sucking an ice cube. I have to admit, it did help to numb the area and remove some of the symptoms albeit temporarily.

If you are using 8/500 cocodamols try using the 30/500. Should knock down most pain. Dangerous drug but if you can get hold of it - Oramorph

Just had a look and they are 8/500 actually, won’t be able to get hold of the 30’s now on weekend. The 8’s do help to a degree though.
And as mentioned above I have been stealing some of the youngest ones bonjela as he’s teething at the moment, actually seemed to work slightly which surprised me!

Clove oil, directly onto tooth.

Tastes vile, almost burns, but will kille the pain.

If desperate, Docs can give hardcore pain relief....

I think DF118 were the last time I croed whilst whilst begging doct for pain relief,

All good advice.

The other alternative is to hit your finger nail with a hammer, you will forget about the toothache for a while.
