Cortisone injection side effects

Hey folks, had anyone had side effects after their injection?

I had my injection in my shoulder on Tuesday, felt rather rough later in the day but had diarrhea non-stop since.

Nope, other than some initial soreness, mine was in my hip.

Nope, none (elbow). Weren't really any positive effects either though.

You've probably eaten something that's disagreed with you..

Nope. Had two in my shoulder this year and one in my knee 18 months ago. No side effects.
