Hello
I’ve been seeing a lot about MNM supplements recently and according to the internet it’s a miracle supplement !
It’s supposed to help with energy, sleep, weight loss and even aging.
I’ve also watched a YouTube video with Joe Rogan and David Sinclair talking about how great it is,
The problem is I don’t really trust the internet these days !
Does anyone take it and get good results ?? If so where do you get it from because so many company’s sell it ! It’s a minefield.
Cheers

Doesn't trust the internet, yet asks the internet for advice.

I don't know much about NMN but I know from taking other supplements, you need to take them for 3-6 months to notice any benefits. Sometimes, you won't notice any benefits but the benefits maybe on the inside. That doesn't mean the supplement is rubbish though.

What attracts you to NMN? What issue are you wishing to improve? There could be other supplements that can assist your issue better.

Well with all the AI about it’s hard to tell if something’s legit or not ? Don’t you agree ?
At least with a forum you can check up on other people’s previous posts and get a general idea of what kind of person they are ?

Better sleep would be great and to lose a few pounds, I intermittent fast in the week with great results but tend to have a few beers over a weekends.
NmN just looked appealing that’s all. So thought I’d ask the question

I took it for 1 month based on all the hype I saw about it and I noticed zero difference, admittedly I probably didn’t go long enough with it to maybe see a benefit.

As a gym regular and watching a lot of gym related stuff on social media I get loads of adverts for supplements, NMN and before that Tongkat Ali and before that there was something else that was the hyped thing which I forget.

I’m very skeptical about all of them and as boring as it is the best thing for health as I have personally found out is a calorie controlled diet and regular cardio exercise.

Supplements that help you sleep will be more effective than supplements that help you lose weight. So personally I'd try a supplement for 3 months specifically targeting the sleep. But there are also other things to look at that can help with sleep - like temperature, what you eat/drink, pillow/mattress upgrade, exercise, screen use etc

Then address diet and exercise for the weight loss issue.

Yes your right, there’s no quick fix is there for health, you’ve just got to look after your self better.
Was just wondering if anyone had feedback that’s all
Cheers 👍

I’ve been taking NMN for about 6 months now, from https://www.british-supplements.net/products/nmn-n...

Maybe it’s placebo, I don’t know but I am sleeping very well. I’m on a diet though and I’ve lost quite a bit of weight so who knows what it’s down to and how much of how much better I feel is down to diet and exercise or the magic supplement. It certainly doesn’t seem to have done me any harm.

Thanks but yeah I’d have a hard time telling what was contributing to the better sleep tbh. I’d like to think it’s the NMN and I’m not chucking money away.

I've been taking it for 7 months ths now, felt amazing the first 3 months, then got pretty ill and took a month off, now I'm taking it again and I think it's worth it. Wouldn't say I feel "amazing" or anything, just feel solid all the time. Guess there's a lot to be said for that. I buy nmn from Healthspan Formulas. I don't trust half the studf you see on Amazon tbh. But there are deffo some legit brands out there.

I get mine from British Supplements, seem highly regarded in everything they do.

Touch wood, so far in 2025 since I've been taken it I feel pretty good, sleeping well and I've not had a cold/illness etc, even when the kids have brought stuff home from school and them and the wife have ended up with it.

There is no human research that show NMN to reverse aging or increase energy or ward off illness or etc etc

You either go with opinions of people who say they 'feel better' whilst taking it or you're convinced by the studies that show anti-aging results on diabetic mice...

or you save your money for supplements proven in human trials to have benefits.

I use it. Have done for about three months. Feel better for it. And, oddly, look younger on it. Enough for a couple of people to mention it. Your mileage may vary*.....
