Boy has it kicked in this year! Usually I get a couple of sniffles, a quick squirt of Pirinase sorts it.

Not this year, totally poleaxed. Living in the Midlands surrounded by grass and haymaking doesn't help.

What do you do? (apart from a pleasing supermarket trip)

I've been suffering today, almost like a really bad hangover - sore eyes, tired, fuzzy head and difficulty concentrating. It really is a miserable bloody condition.

I go on to one of those online pharmacies and get a prescription for 180mg of Fexofenadine and don't suffer at all.

Normal hayfever tablets don't touch the sides but these bad boys stop all my symptoms completely.

Cetirizine tablet + Beclomethazone Spray, 365 days a year.

Only ineffective for a short period in July at peak grass season.

Yup, not much fun at the moment.

In a bizarre twist, getting my asthma sent out of control a few back got my meds jacked up and now instead of being a snotty mess with sore eyes, etc that was breathing fine my asthma symptoms are vastly improved but everything else is buggered.
