What have I got?

Mid-week I had a headache - front central - for three days. It felt like a withdrawal or dehydration headache, but I hadn't cut out anything and was drinking loads.

Yesterday, I started getting joint pain in a finger, a back rib, neck and one knee. Not awful, but noticeable.

Today, I have no headache but am getting intermittent tingling on the left side of my face. Like little rushes.

Does this sound viral?
