For years I’ve had certain symptoms: fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, muscle/joint aches, etc and have tried everything to get rid of them, from losing weight, to going to the gym more, eating healthier, sleeping more etc.

I recently did a testosterone blood test and came back with levels towards the lower end:
Testosterone - 14.9 nmol/l.
Free Testosterone - 0.237 nmol/l.
SHBG - 45.7 nmol/l.

I see a lot of advice online saying that these levels warrant starting TRT when accompanied with symtoms. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of TRT? Is it worth it? I am 31, have two kids, and sick of running on fumes.

Your levels are ok.

Seriously, look elsewhere.

Take creatine if you don't already. Aim for 10g a day.

Lol your T levels are nowhere near low enough to take it.

For context mine were as low as 6nmol so had to go on for health reasons. Take your vitamins, lift weights, etc. You don't need to take T until you're below 10nmol imo.

Have you had your vitamin D level tested ?
Those symptoms could be vitamin D deficiency

Tbf, SHGB is on the upper side of normal. It can make all the difference bringing that down, especially with a T of bottom end of normal.

Usual questions, was it a finger prick test or proper blood draw? What time of day was it taken? How is estrogen?

As always, explore all natural and physical remedies before considering TRT and doing so, can take over a year.

This! Get full blood test done somewhere like medichecks. Mine showed up vitamin D was below the scale, I take 4000 I.U daily - and make sure its high quality one as they vary. Some people even need injections - I feel massively better, I was mixing words up/brain fog/tired all the time.
