Electric toothbrush -which one?
Discussion
I have used Oral B for years and got really bored with swivel brush cleaning so I didn't do a great job.
I recently upgraded to a top of the range Oral-B Smart Series 6500 CrossAction which I love. I use it in intense mode and the brush action really pulsates and I now find cleaning much more stimulating so I do a better job.
Also I recently purchased a Water Jet Flosser from middle of Lidl and after a few goes going at the gums between the teeth I now don't have the massive gum bleeding that I always suffer from.
I admit that I really don't get on with floss and interdental brushes so the current regime may save my teeth.
Hygienist and Dentist appointment tomorrow

I used to suffer bleeding gums and plaque build-up when I used a manual brush. Eventually I caved in and bought an Oral B rotary leccy brush about 5 years ago now and it totally transformed my gum 'health'. I've not needed any of that awful work with the descaler spike thing they have which, due to previously very inflamed gums, meant I had to have injections to numb my gums before they could start digging out the plaque. Now, every check-up is a green light and no plaque. I'm still on the original head the brush came with too ! I don't do any flossing or teepeeing at all and never have done.I recently upgraded to a top of the range Oral-B Smart Series 6500 CrossAction which I love. My dentist at the time who recommended the rotary one said in his opinion, the rotary ones do a better 'deep clean' around the gum line where it's needed compared to the others which just move backwards and forwards.
Correction: The e Oral-B Smart Series 6500 CrossAction was my old toothbrush (I looked up Amazon order history)
My NEW pulsating active toothbrush is Oral-B iO10 Stardust White (purchased direct from Braun) .
This new toothbrush is swivel action on steroids.
I also have high hopes for my new Lidl Water Jet Flosser.
