Three months ago I started taking creatine to help me with my gym work. Researched and literally everything I read said it's absolutely fine, but a percentage of people don't respond to it.
For a similar amount of time I've developed a very persistent cough, with sticky mucus. Occasionally my sinuses develop a lot of pressure and congestion. I don't feel ill, apart from the weariness caused by the coughing.
I've been on antibiotics and then steroids to try and clear it without success.
The only change I've made that I can think of is taking creatine. There seems to be very little linking it to coughs, but I'm going to stop talking it for a while to see if the cough clears up.
Is there any knowledge out there that might conform a link.

You might have been lucky, ended up with a contaminated batch of creatine and what you've actually got is tren cough.

I've had two separate tubs of Warrior Creatine. Supposedly pure with no additives

Never heard of Creatine causing a cough before, i've been using it daily for around 4 years now, different brands but always pure powder and no issues.

I had some virus in the winter, the cough/mucus/post nasal drip still haven't fully resolved. Doc prescribed some nasal spray, they seem to be helping.

My cough/sinus infection seems to be hayfever as the tablets are helping.

I haven't suffered with hay fever for years. Apparently after the dry summer last year the tree pollen is really bad this year.
