Wearable health trackers
Discussion
Probably not the solution you want but I will just throw it in anyway.
I bought a fitness tracker from Aldi, one of those middle aisle deals, it's a bit hit and miss mainly due to the poor app. Anyway that aside it does have a continuous heart rate tracker (when the app works) it also does blood oxygen just for an instant check not continuous. I saw a menu for blood pressure and thought yeah right, so pressed the menu expecting a message saying not available on this model or such like but it buzzed and gave a reading! 121 over 86, I had my pressure checked at the docs recently that was 120 over 80 so I assume it must be quite accurate.
I couldn't believe you could get BP on such cheap devices, £12.99, quite impressed.

I'm a big fan of Whoop. He has genuinely helped me improve my behaviour. Expensive, but also cheap if it means I remain healthier for longer!
This. I went to Whoop from a Garmin running watch which caused annoyance / anxiety as I was perpetually checking it. Tend to only check the Whoop app once or twice a day and it's changed how I approach my health too. Much more focus on sleep and recovery as well as training, and I like the way the app actively guides you towards the metrics that help your recovery and overall wellbeing. Expensive, but worth it IMO. Plus I can keep wearing my nice watches alongside it.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
