This has popped up on my social media frequently in the last couple of days - probably down to the fact I watched one of their ad reels for a couple of minutes!

I broke my shoulder & dislocated my arm in Jan, at the same time managing to detach two tendons from the rotator cuff.
Had to wait till the bone healed before an operation mid-March to insert pegs & reattach the tendons.
12 weeks in a sling and now two months into what may be up to a year of physio.

Thinking of experimenting with resistance bands at home to supplement this - reps with low "weight" initially.

Has anyone used this bit of kit and can give their thoughts on whether it is any good or just marketing hype and I'd be better off buying some free weights?

Cheers .

I've seen and tried a number of these things in the past, although not that specific one. I got a few different things over Covid. Some were 'OK', most were crap. A TRX kit was probably the only one that was reasonable.

For my money, I'd spend the £120-150 on a few months on a membership at The Gym Group/Pure Gym or similar, assuming you have one nearby.
