Gag Reflex

I know what I am letting myself in for, but recently my gag reflex has got a lot worse. I'm now struggling to brush the rear half of my tongue in the mornings without retching

Why is this, and how can I fix it.

No, I haven't been throat-fked or any thing.

Change your toothbrush for a smaller head. You clearly can't handle a large head!

Try a smaller, less intrusive brush head. The gag reflex is set off by the thing that's hangs down at the back of the throat. Using a smaller brush you have a better chance of avoiding it.

why do you brush your tongue...this is american hypochondria gone mad....I dont know of anyone ..friend or patient who does this. If you must, go down lateral borders which is usually less sensitive. Sit upfight and breathe thru your nose. If that doesnt work ...dont do it !
