For the past few years, I have suffered from a little bit of psoriasis (not the full on crocodile skin look, but more just a little bit on my elbows & knees).

Having tried prescription creams in the past & not really had massively successful results, as well as being a little wary of all the steroids in them, I had kind of given up hope & resigned myself to yukky elbows & knees for the other 50 weeks of the year that I am not in the sea / sun on holiday.

However, a couple of weeks ago, I bought some Goats Milk Moisturing Cream from www.psoriasiscream.co.uk who had a stand at a country fayre we went to. By using it twice a day since, my psoriasis has 99% cleared up. The pot is only a tenner, so definitely worth it.

Please note that I have absolutely no affiliation with this company whatsoever, but thought I would let people know in case they are as pissed off with having psoriasis as I am.

Thanks for that Alex. Have been using EXOREX for the last few years to very good effect but is increasingly hard to get hold of. Same as you on the knees and elbows, and now summers here and the shorts are on i shall be giving that a try.

What's in it though? I always worry when they don't say. Could be steroids.

Apparently not. I quizzed the guy hard about it, as I really didn't want steroid based stuff. It's all 100% natural stuff. I'll have a look on the pot

I've found that taking Omega 3 fish oil supplements on a daily basis
has helped a lot - not cleared it completely but much better. You need
to pay attention to the EPA/DHA content because there's some low quality
stuff out there, I've presently got Boots own brand EPA = 330mg DHA =
220mg, but Tesco's stuff is supposed to be fine.

I may well try you're suggestion.
