Blocked sinuses - over the counter remedies???

As the title says, I'm sufferering from blocked sinuses and would like something to clear them as my face is becoming puffy under the eyes as a result.

Over the counter suggestions please - do I need something like the vicks thingy to poke up my nose or are sinutabs good?

I find Contacts are really good. I think they work for 12 hours too.

The sudafed nasal spray is very very good - a couple of squirts lasts for a good 8 hours. I suffer a lot with blocked sinuses and I swear by this stuff

2x Sudafed (the psuedoephidrine one). I get sinus all the time

Otrovine spray, I buy this over the counter, works within a couple of minutes, great stuff
