Swollen Hand

I've been bitten by something either yesterday or the day before and no my hand has swollen so much that I can't bend the first or second finger or my thumb on my left hand. I've had a few anti-histamine tablets and keep icing my hand but it seems to be getting bigger, hotter and itchier by the second. Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop it getting any itchier?
