You need to inform fitness first that you want to cancel.

Contact your bank - they'll stop it. The gym has probably set it up as a 'card payment' rather than a DD. You can't manually cancel card payments hence why they keep taking the money.

The bank with also get back any money that was taken after you cancelled assuming you can provide written/email proof of notice to the gym.

HTH.

Thanks guys. I spoke to fitness first and they said that its all canceled and no more money will be taken out of my account. All seems to be ok.

So you signed up to pay them monthly then thought you'd just stop paying them with no notice? If they stopped you coming in with no notice would you be happy with that???

You should have man'd up and told them your plan in the first place!
