Fractured a bone in my foot, any advice..?

Hi all,

Managed to break a bone on my foot over the weekend, while training.. In plaster for six weeks, completely gutted. Does anyone have any advice on types of foods/vitamins to help recover broken bones?? or what to avoid?

Substance with calcium i.e. Milk and vitamin D so the body can absorb calcium.

If you smoke, stop. And you need sunlight to make vitamin D so a supplement is worthwhile, as it's vital for calcium uptake.
