Hi Groak, if you're willing to go as far as Paris and have the work done in a practice with a purpose built surgery (not done in the same room/chair where extractions, fillings etc are done) you can pm me for more info.

Whatever you do and wherever you go, find out what type of implant they will be placing (not all implants are equal) and under what conditions.

Placing implants is an important surgical procedure on the bone of your jaws and if it's not done in absolutely sterile conditions you can have failures and worse.

If you decide to stay in the UK after all I'd highly recommend Dr.Ucer in Cheshire. He did 2 for me in 2006.
