..because it recommends you follow up with PCT (post cycle therapy) does it mean that they are a form of steroid? On some websites users are raving on about these - thought i would put them to the PH massive first before i start popping them like smarties hehe

No they are pro horomones ,

the body converts them to weak steriods { Certainly in Epistane's case not superdrol }

These are heavy duty tabs and entering into the world of Pro horomones and such like is not to be taking lighty

PH's dont have the years of research that normal steroid compounds have and no one is quite sure of the safety { long term } of PH's

Have done a cycle of Epi when it first came on the scene a few years back , wasnt impressed , found to be very tired on them , little motivation and need to be really high carb diet

And yes you will need a good PCT for them , doesnt shut you down as bad as others might but still need to make sure you recover properly .

Cheers Frank. Is there any recommended or *acceptable* over the counter PCT's - reading a few websites - users are recommending Nolva e.t.c.

I bought a bottle of Superdrol about 3 years ago, just before i gave up training, i have opened the seal on it, so may discard these i think.

What actually happens on 'shutdown'? i have heard this term mentioned a few times, but never really took notice of it.

Ta again

The best for PCT are Novla and Clomid , both are heavy duty meds which i think are used in breast cancer cases .

As far as i am aware - no full undersatnding of the variuos body loops , the PH builds up to a certain level which prevents body secreting proper levels of testerone .
Once you have stopped the PH the test levels drop and estrogen builds up which leads to issues in men { low sex drive , depression such like } and the novla / clomid "wipes up" excess estrogen until the body kicks back with natural test production .

This is one the worse part of steriod / PH use , i personally wouldnt use any over the counter PCT products due no faith in them plus some times you might need it to ward off Gyno as well .

As well as PCT you will need some cycle support to help your liver - Liv52 is the common one

As for the superdrol - be very wary of it - if's its the orginal it was very strong and caused a lot of problems with some users .
If not going to cycle it ditch it .

Have a look at this

Frank, thanks again for the info - appreciate it.

Just had a look at the SD i have - it is Genetic SD by Genetic Edge of London. The ingredients state - 10mg Methasterone.

Forgot all about them untill you mentioned Epi - i also bought, and still have 2 pots of Genera Epidrol - use by date is Sept 2011. I recall buying these (online) after buying the SD and heard of horror stories of Gyno 'puffy nipples?' - so decided to not use the SD, but use the Epi instead. I only used them for about 1 week until i gave up training due to my daughter being born and expanding the business - i couldn't find the time to train, so thought i would have a couple of weeks off - unfortunately never returned to the gym untill now.

Just wanted to do some research on these products before using them this time.
